• We are not responsible for pre-existing lawn conditions, irrigation system failures, underground hazards not disclosed, or weather-related damage.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be limited under Florida law.
